EPA Only Was a Very Bad Idea

I thought a EPA-only product would better treat my elevated triglycerides. Some clinical trials support that idea. Wow, was that a bad idea for me. After switching to EPA only, my lab work had a big increase in triglycerides. What went wrong? I need both the ingredients in regular Omega-3, not just EPA. Google Gemini artifical intelligence analyzed the situation and wrote this: "Clinical studies have consistently shown that DHA, like EPA, is effective at reducing triglyceride levels in the blood. In fact, some research suggests that DHA may have an even more pronounced effect on lowering triglycerides compared to EPA. A daily intake of omega-3s, including DHA, at a dosage of 2-4 grams is often recommended for individuals with elevated triglycerides."

Have been taking for years. No fishy after taste ever. Excellent product. Easy to swallow size.

Doctor recommended 1000mg of EPA for heart health and taking 2 of these smaller softgels is way easier to swallow than 1 large of another brand. Highly recommend.

Low dose

I did not realize these were 500mg each thought they were 1g. So disappointing. I now have to take 8 a day instead of 4 which cuts in half the supply I thought I was getting. Not so happy about that. Now the choice between this and Vascepa is not as clear.

Good product . After taking it two capsules each day and one B complex 100 every meowing , have better energy and mood and sleep. Need to take B complex in the mowing, not night time , otherwise you will have difficult fall into asleep.

The minis are 500 mg ea. which means I have to take two instead of one. Sure wish you hadn't discontinued the 1000 mg.

Taste fishy which likely means it went rancid after production. And the online order was a nightmare. They didn’t get it right after two tries and ignored me when I tried to let them know how bad my experience was. Oh well no more gnc.
