Honest Review

Great performance pre workout, the people complaining "not working" have a high caffeine tolerance which doesn't allow you to reap the benefits of preworkout or energy drinks in general. I used to have a high tolerance taking high stim for years. I took 5 months off pre workout and this one is the first I had since my break, I feel powerful again taking pre workout , this helped my endurance during my cycling without making me feel exhausted after 40 mins intense cardio. The focus from GPC is definitely there, the only downside is the awful taste. Other than that it's an excellent pre-workout. If you've been a gym goer and supplement guy/gal for years then you would understand it's not always about the taste but how the performance it can bring to you.

gets the job done. fair warning it's not that high in caffeine. I use 3 scoops if I'm doing a heavy lift day.

I usually like what cbum has to offer but this pre taste horrible and I felt like it didn't change my workout at all i recommend cbum products to anyone but not this particular tub

Awful taste

Typically use Ghost and Ghost All out, or Grizzly. This CBum pre tastes AWFUL. The performance is okay and decent label. My workouts typically last around 2 hours so I sip my pre throughout and this stuff is hard to get down.

Loaded formula.

I like that it's pretty loaded but the taste is pretty bad. I have tried multiple flavors. I like that it's lower in caffeine.

Great but kills your stomach

Will give you a great pump and energy but make sure you eat before taking it. If not, you'll have to take bathroom breaks during your workout. Tears your stomach UP!

A great pre workout! great energy, great pump and very good taste. It's one of the best!

It's wonderful

Can't put my finger on the flavor, it's so mysterious! I just saw screw it, it tastes like winning then go hit a PR. This stuff makes my stamina go crazy, definitely recommend.
