I purchased this as I was under the impression this would be a pre-workout and provider the energy needed to push through my workouts. This does NOT work. Only one star for taste.

Great taste and feel.

This stuff is great. I've tried this and the watermelon, both are good. No heartburn either which I tend to get with BCAAs whether or not they're stim. Mixes pretty well but you still have to shake a bit throughout the drink. No sandy sludge in the bottom though when it's done.

Pleased with the results

Took this the first time Saturday and worked out that day and Sunday and I haven't noticed any DOMS whatsoever and today is Monday. You can tell you worked the muscles but no soreness at all. First time taking any BCAAs and this definitely does what it's supposed to do.

A Good Addition to Pre-Workout Drink

Not a bad addition to the Ghost Sour Watermelon Pre-Workout drink. I like to combine the two to get a boost during my workouts. I do find the drink too sweet for my pallet preference.
