I don't usually fall for marketing ploys etc - and know my stuff when it comes to hydration. 500mg of sodium is what i'd use with most sachets anyway, and the cans taste great. The cream soda is easily my favourite flavour.

I recently tried Cadence Hydration Electrolytes in the Cream Soda flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was-especially for a hydration product. Cream soda isn't a typical choice for an electrolyte drink, but Cadence pulls it off quite well. The flavor is smooth and nostalgic, reminiscent of the classic soda without being overly sweet or artificial.
