So far I am liking this product. It does help me sleep and I feel rested and ready to get going in the morning. I do feel like things are moving forward for the best. I have only bee taking it for 3 weeks though. We will see.

the product does help you fall asleep.. instrumental in calming my brain down after a late WOD that day. I have not seen any change in weight loss though.. but I do like it for the help in sleep.. dreams can be a bit vivid if you have any of those types of issues
