Best results to take right before working out, definitely feel it kick-in. By far the best T supplement I've taken from GNC. I lean out right away and have more energy and much more focus especially at work. You need to workout hard with this one at the gym and in the bedroom, it's strong. I you don't 'workout' a few days you'll start to notice your fuse getting shorter. You have more stamina with this, especially during cardio and I find that I recover super fast with it and see muscle come on and stay. Great product!
