Must have for guaranteed quality sleep. I don't feel groggy in the AM. I only take 1 capsule and have a great nights rest.

I don't have a problem falling asleep. I have a problem staying asleep and this doesn't help. If anything, it exacerbates my inability to stay asleep.

I've been taking it almost a year now sometimes I can sleep straight 5 to 6 hours but more times only 4 hrs and I find it hard to go back to sleep. Yet I'm still continuing to take it hoping my sleep will improve.

Relaxium sleep

This is a wonderful product. I have issues staying asleep and would wake in the middle of the night unable to go back to sleep. It is no longer a problem for me, I have been using it for almost a year without experiencing sleep problems. Also, there is none of that hangover feeling like from other sleep aids. I highly recommend that you try this and I have shared it with friends who often tell me that it was just the ticket for them!!

My husband heard the commercial on the radio, and asked me to try the Relaxium Sleep? knowing I was struggling with quality sleep, which then it interfered with my day & pain level. I spoke to my primary care provider about it? she read over the ingredients and approved of it! She was happy that I found Relaxium Sleep! It is a part of my bedtime routine. I still wake up to use the restroom, but I go right back to sleep! I am not groggy in the morning? I do make sure that I get 7 - 8 hours of sleep. It works great for me!

Did not work for me

I bought one bottle to test it for both my husband and myself, but, unfortunately, it made no difference for either one of us. He tried it only once, I tried it 3 times. The first time 2 pills, the second and third times I increased to 3 pills. The second time I didn't use any until 5am, hoping to sleep at least 5-6 hours. But I have woken up two hours later to use the restroom and after that I never fell asleep again.The third attempt was at 9:20 pm but I didn't fall asleep until after
