Vega protein +creatine is by far the best I ever had right now, I love the chocolate flavor even mixed with water it tastes great. I felt the effect after one week of drinking it, I noticed a energy boost and stamina, I feel great?<br />I am definitely a Vega fan now.

Tried Vega Protein plus Creatin
Tried Vega Protein plus Creatin. It mixed well with Almond milk for a delicious smoothie.<br />Unsure if Creatin helped me as I didn't notice any improvement in my feelings before or after exercising.

Good creatine experience
I like the product and I like the creatine is not adversely reacting with my stomach or any bloating. It also does not cause my blood pressure to spike as other ones I've tried do. I am hoping for good results with recovery from long hard workdays!

Really messed up my stomach
Do not recommend: experienced diarrhea and extreme stomach bloating & gas lasting over a week later after I stopped taking the product.<br /><br />Tried taking with either milk or water and water made it even worse. Took 2 cups a day, even tried splitting the 2 cups twice a day and same bad symptoms.
Faster recovery
Tastes great. Love that there's no casein. I am recovering faster. Ran a marathon and then could do 8 miles 3 days later without difficulty!!!

This is my first time trying this version and I like it. I like not having to buy creatine separately. The convenience of having in the protein powder I use on a daily is wonderful. I ordered creamy chocolate. Although it has a nice flavor, I don't think it tastes much like chocolate. I would still order it again though.

For a very affordable price each scoop is plenty for my shakes after a good work out. I don't have to worry about any discomfort in my body and it tastes like a chocolate dream! Definitely recommend and appreciate the work you all do!
