I'm a women over 50 with MS battling chronic pain and fatigue. I took some of my son's vitamins, then he bought me some of my own, and they help so much. My doctors want me on higher dosages of several vitamins including Selenium and these have everything my doctor's want me to take and it helps so much with my fatigue and muscle spasms. I never tried the womens, just been taking the mens' for about 2 years now. Love them.

Noticeable difference

Always hard to tell when a multivitamin is working well, but unlike other vitamins, I feel that over time Ive been able to notice feeling better when Im taking it vs when Im not. Impressive

Long time customer and staying with GNC

I've been taking these for a long time and when I wanted to try a different brand I noticed a big difference and went right back to Mega Men. My problem with Mega Men is that they use soybeans for some reason and also contain a "bioengineered food product", wouldn't surprise me if it was the soybeans. I have thought about changing to the "50+" Mega Men but the "Multivitamins" work great for me even though I'm way past 50. So I'm staying with them and highly recommend them.

has boron and vanadium but ...

It is great that it has boron and vanadium, but it has no iron and the vitamins are not in their universally absorbable forms. To get the RDA of iron for seniors, we take a Mega Men with breakfast and a women's Ultra Mega with dinner.

excellent broad base multi-vitamin

I like the added vegtable/fruit blend; the time-release and all the large number of vitamins and minerals. I do wish it had more of the vitamins for eye macular degeneration(Lutein, ect.) and more calcium for bone health.
