The energy was really awesome, but I really didn't like the whole tingling inside my body and in my head. It really made me feel uncomfortable. But I really enjoyed the energy it gave me, plus I loved that it didn't give me any hunger pains or it didn't give me any diarrhea. This would be a perfect product if it didn't have the tingling feeling.

The last Pre-workout I'll ever need

My favorite pre-workout I've ever tasted and used. I've cycled through Layne Nortons, Transparent Labs, Gorilla Mode, CBUM, Titan, and countless other preworkouts and Pre-Jym+ is my fave that I keep returning to. The quality is top tier supported by the full transparency of their ingredients which is a huge factor for me. The mix is well-balanced in my opinion. I get the focus, the pump, and the energy to help maintain a consistent stamina when my workout extends to 90 min.

Pre Jym Plus for the win

Love the pre Jym plus. I have been a JYM fan for years now and it's my go to option. I enjoy the new mix and juicy orange and iced tea lemonade are awesome flavors. My wife enjoys the JYM line as well for her at home workouts.

The new Pre Jym Plus

The new Pre Jym Plus is good as far as energy boost and no crash however the extra ingredients of one of the items is upsetting my stomach combined with the Post Jym. Immediately after working out I have to go to the bathroom several times! I'm going to have go back to the old formula or find a new Pre workout if no longer offered. Thanks

Jym has the best tasting protein blend on the market. You honestly can't go wrong with any flavor, but strawberry milk is by far the best. You honestly can't beat the ingredients, formula and flavor.

As far as effectiveness of Pre's I still like the overall clean pump of the OG pre Jym, but this is a close runner up. This flavor is insane though. No shitty aftertaste, crazy good
