I have been using the Energy and Metabolism formula as my daily multi-vitamin for several years. I started using them because I worked a rotating 12 hour shift. Constantly switching from nights to days every week doesn't allow for much sleep time. So I wanted something to keep me going. This was the best thing I could find. They are loaded with B vitamins along with others. I'm retired now but still find myself needing to keep my energy level up. This is my go to every day.<br />As a side note. Taking this much B vitamin also helps keep mosquitos from biting
