I love it! I've had every version of legend and this is as good as version 2! Cant wait to try the other flavors! I think this is great if you need a little jump start to get to the gym!

Decent workout?but does NOT agree with my stomach.

Been on the market for a new pre workout and actually liked some of the dosing on the label. However?this really had a negative impact on my stomach. Had a focused workout which was awesome but the remainder of the day, I ended up taking multiple trips to the toilet. The only change to my dietary routine was the pre workout, so I think I'll try and exchange this one out.

Ghost Legend and GNC Thank You

GNC specials and deals are unbeatable I only buy my ghost through GNC because it's the most competitive price I can find. I have used Ghost Legend going on 3 years I'm not a weightlifter or athlete I'm 57 years old and it helps me start my day. Ghost Legend gives me a cognitive edge and the boost to go I can't imagine a life without Ghost Legend it is became part of my life.

V4 sucks

Ghost V4 is by far the worst formulation to say the least. You will be spending time on the toilet with this. This also makes me crash bad. Been using their preworkout for many years and I wish they would've kept their V2 formula permanent.

Black cherry prework

The flavor is good but it does not taste like black cherry. It taste like bubble gum if anything. It's a great pre workout but the flavor is not what it seems

Best flavor I have ever tasted in a preworkout! It's actually sour too !

The flavor was not very good and I did not feel the energy or focus of other Pre-workouts. I would not recommend this or any of the other flavors.

No longer like.

I used to love ghost pre workout but after my last order, the amount of caffeine changed and it doesn't have the same affect on me as it used to. I no longer like using it- after only using ghost products for years.

This is the first pre-workout drink I've ever used, so I don't have anything to rate it against. But I love it! It definitely gives me more energy for my gym workout, and within the first few minutes on the elliptical, I'm sweating like crazy. I've lost 11 pounds over the past few weeks, although I'm also eating lo carb and taking supplements.

Great product

It gives a slight pre workout tingle without making you feel like you're on the verge of a heart attack. I love the taste and no energy crash after. Hits all my bullet points for a good pre workout!
