I expected a quality product with a GNC name on it however I don't believe this product deserves GNC name on it

It gives me the squirts and it also painfully constipates me so bad that it's almost impossible to sleep after having the chemical in me the whole day when the squirts happen it's usually about an hour after taking. And when the constipation happens painfully it starts evening time and sometimes throughout the night. My guess not good for kidneys.

Nice flavor mixes well. Good bang for the buck.
