I think for the price, it's one of the best that they have to offer. I wouldn't really change anything.Maybe a bogo offer.

Although it is a gainer I bought it as regular protein. I only take half the scoops, sometimes taking one scoop. I like that. It has all the vitamins and minerals needed. And I can also take the four dosage, which is four scoops to increase the gains. Love to taste love the way It mixes easy in shaker bottle, and it's easy to drink very smooth.

This has been an excellent supplement for anybody trying to gain. Tastes great, I make it to a smoothie after my workout, after a month you really see the results in build. Highly recommend

Very sweet, but effective for the protein. I had to cut product in half for consumption as way to much protein at one time for me. Still a great product with all the minerals and vitamins added plus the hmb and veloistol was what I needed.

More fake butter flavor, less strawberry - avoid

Honestly, worst tasting gainer I've had in a decade. Fake butter flavor overpowers the strawberry. Really pissed I spent $70 on a giant jug of it. It's not drinkable, even with whole milk, strawberry ice cream, and strawberry syrup.

I really like this product. I had no bloat from it. Really helped me gain not only muscle but strength as well. The only thing is I gained no weight or fat from it. So it was a win win for me. Will be using this more often. Highly recommended
