this is my 1st time trying RYSE pre work out Godzilla strawberry Kiwi, the taste is a little intense but is super good ...doesn't take too much time to feel the itch wish I love it ...maybe 15min or less and you be lit and ready to work out like Godzilla I'm very happy with my purchase definitely I will re up as soon I finish this tub

Stop listening to your fav gym influencer

Taste horrible and doesn't mix well with water. I can't tell if 1 scoop is enough but 2 feels a bit of a stretch. Will not repurchase going back to Gold Advance

i honestly dont like it matter of fact, i have realized i dont like any ryse product other then thier protein powder.. but this preworkout doesnt taste good bad all around. the tub is cool tho

It's ok. Nothing amazing. Was looking for more of a bump for my workout.

Doesn't give that strong scratching feeling that some pre workouts give you but it does give you that small itch to let you know it's kicking in, will definitely buy this product again.

I would say for me the flavor took a little bit to get used to. Overall, the stim kicks in pretty quick. Makes your lift even better. Focus is not really well for me but the pump is great.
