I have been using this product since 2019 and am very satisfied with this product. I love the amount of mineral and vatimin it has.also only one thing am not sure if it is help to burn fat

Not for me?..

I wanted to love this. I purchased two of them?.it tasted good but?.the aftermath within my body was awful. So much protein and vitamins?.all I can say is thank goodness I work from home. I thought my husband was going to divorce me. And I would not have blamed him. I could have melted things and I also used the bathroom frequently. Since I have to leave my house and live a life, I am choosing not to use it,so sadly I think I wasted my money here (I bought two omg).. I did not see a post like this prior to purchasing?.so maybe it just didn't agree with my body. I've done protein shakes before, but I have never quite had this reaction. Sadly, it's just not for me.

The taste is only ok. I usually add half a frozen banana and a handful of raspberries especially if it's my breakfast shake. I do notice it keeping me full. Definitely prefer this blend ove the Lean Shake Burn

Best protein mix I have ever had

I don't have any complaints about this, it really helps curb my appetite I have noticed I do not eat as much and I stay full longer, when I take it before a workout It's always a successful one, like really successful. I always lose weight when I drink this too, I drink this every morning for breakfast, it holds me over until lunch, and then right after lunch I do another shake because it says to drink it twice a day, the energy last up until I go to bed. I don't get jittery but it does make me sweat way more which I don't care about. This is all around perfect! Also the taste is great.

Good flavor, helps with appetite control

I've been struggling to lose weight since having a hysterectomy a year ago (36, F), I started a regular exercise program (4+ hrs a week) and have cleaned up my diet not long after my recovery, but still saw minimal to no weight loss. I decided to try this, looking for an alternative to coffee. It's been a month now and I'm down 10lbs. I have only replaced my breakfast and coffee with this shake, lunch is usually something light (under 400 cals) and I eat dinner as usual (which sometimes means pizza or eating out) I sip on this throughout the morning just as I would have my coffee and I find it definitely controls my hunger and I feel satisfied and don't have the afternoon crash I would with other caffeine. <br /><br />So I think if your combine this with a good exercise routine you'll definitely see the results you're looking for. <br /><br />The flavor is good, one con is sometimes if it's not fully mixed it can be kind of spicy.

It works, but you will gag drinking it

This product delivers when it comes to suppressing your appetite. I've always been a black hole with snacking and large meals. Whatever is in this stuff really curbs that itch. And it tastes okay to boot.<br /><br />But, and I can not explain why, I am often gagging drinking it. Particularly near the end when it's a bit thicker. Again, it's not a taste thing. The flavor is banana and strawberry, and though it's a little artificial is better than most artificial combinations of the two. It might just be a texture thing as the powder is hydrophobic and doesn't mix well with water, forming floating bubbles of dried powder if not thoroughly mixed.

Mixes well and tastes great. Has enough caffeine to get me going without being jittery.
